Is this AI?+

No. Every puzzle, layout, and cover element is produced by deterministic algorithms — sudoku is uniqueness-checked, mazes have exactly one solution path, and covers are composed from a rules-based design system. Nothing runs through a language model. Read Amazon’s current AI-content guidelines yourself before publishing — we’re telling you what’s under the hood, not giving policy advice.

Do I need an internet connection?+

No. PaperbackFactory runs entirely in your browser as a single HTML file. Nothing is uploaded anywhere, and no account is required to design or export a book.

Does it publish to Amazon for me?+

No. It exports a print-ready interior PDF and a wraparound cover PDF sized to your exact trim and page count. You upload them to KDP yourself — you stay in control of your listing.

What kinds of books can I make?+

Is there a subscription?+
